I’m not satisfied with the quality of the print of the logo on the balloons. tried to talk to the seller Denny, she argued with me customize balloons did not capture one detail on the logo. specially the sun rays in the middle of the logo. And the ink is scattered. overall I’m not satisfied specially the logo details. i want a refund please. i just don’t like how Denny handled the situation. She also humiliated me telling me to blow the balloon with a straw. I can’t take her joke because I just got out of the hospital with a lung condition. I don’t find it funny. So please, refund my money, im not satisfied with your service and customized print. Lesson learned ask for sample first before ordering big volume. Don’t just trust the seller.
